## How it works

1. Paste the subject line and the body; every check reruns as you type.
2. Ten checks: subject length, word count, reading time, sentence length, spam trigger words, links and images, the you-to-we ratio, one clear question, the opening line, unfilled merge tags.
3. Each check passes, warns or fails, with the fix in one line; the score is the share of checks passed, weighted. Nothing leaves the page.

## What makes a cold email get replies?

Short (under 120 words), about the reader more than the sender, one specific reason for writing now, and one easy question at the end. No images, at most one link, no attachment on the first touch.

## Are spam words really a problem?
