You have a name and a company, nothing else. contact.find takes the first name, last name and company domain and returns the professional email with its status, a certainty grade when the provider gives one, and the mail server. Your agent can run it for one name in a chat or for a whole list.

## How to do it

## Worth knowing

- **Name plus domain, not name alone.** A name by itself matches thousands of people. The company domain is required so the lookup targets one mailbox.
- **Charged only on a find.** The call bills per email found. A name that no provider can match costs nothing.
- **Several providers behind one call.** If the first provider misses, the next is tried in the same run, so one request covers several databases.

## Questions

### Can I search by name and company name instead of domain?

The call takes a domain. Your agent can look up the domain from the company name first, then run the lookup.

### What does ultra_sure mean?

It is the certainty grade the provider returns when it has confirmed the address. Lower grades are worth a contact.verify before sending.

### Does it return phone numbers?

No. contact.find returns the email. Phone numbers come from contact.phone, a separate call.

### How many names can I run at once?

As many as your list holds: the agent runs the lookups in a batch and charges only for the emails found.
