# Find the contact details a brand lists on its social profiles

A brand's contact email often sits on its social profile, not its website. social.profile reads a public account on X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn or Facebook and returns the public or business email when the profile exposes one, with the bio, website, domain, follower count, business flag and location.

## Worth knowing

- **Email only when the profile shows it.** The call returns what the platform exposes publicly. Many brand accounts list a site instead of an email, as in the example.
- **One call per handle.** Each handle is one call with a quote shown before it runs. Check the handle first so the call reads the right account.
- **Business accounts, not people.** Use it on brand and company accounts. It reads public profile data only and sends nothing.
