## How to do it

1. **Connect once.** Add RouterGrowth to Claude, Cursor or Claude Code. There is no scraper to deploy.
2. **Type the keyword.** Pass the phrase and a limit with platform tiktok. Results are matched by TikTok's own search, not only by hashtag.
3. **Read the videos.** Each record has the video URL, caption, author, date and engagement: views, likes, replies and reposts.
4. **Follow up.** Send the creators to social.profile for followers and bio links, or a video to social.comments for what viewers asked.

## Worth knowing

- **Not sorted by date.** Search results mix ages: this run held videos from 2023 to 2026. Filter on created_at when you need recent ones.
- **No blocks to manage.** Providers, retries and fallbacks run on the RouterGrowth side. A run that returns nothing is not charged.
- **Captions, not transcripts.** The text is the caption the creator wrote. The scraper does not download the video or transcribe it.

### Do I need proxies or a TikTok account?

No. The fetch runs on RouterGrowth's providers and reads public videos only.

### Can I search a hashtag?

Yes. Pass the hashtag as the query; a plain phrase works too.

### What engagement data comes back?
