These rules protect clients, the communities we work in, and us. They apply to every engagement, and they are not negotiable at any price.
What we never do
- No bots, automated engagement, engagement pods, purchased followers or bought upvotes.
- No fake accounts, sockpuppets or astroturfing; no fake reviews or vote manipulation.
- No undisclosed promotion where a community's rules or the law require disclosure.
- No deceptive claims about a client's product, and no harassment or brigading of anyone — including competitors.
What we ask of clients
- Don't ask us to break the rules above or a platform's terms — we'll decline, and repeated requests end the engagement with a refund of the unused period.
- Give us truthful material: claims we publish on your behalf must be ones you can stand behind.
Restricted categories
We don't take engagements for products that are illegal where they're marketed, and we decline categories whose promotion the target platforms prohibit. If you're unsure whether your product fits, ask before booking: hello@routergrowth.com.
Reports
If you believe an account we run has behaved outside these rules, email hello@routergrowth.com with a link; we investigate every report.
