Security

RouterGrowth runs growth services on client accounts. That means clients trust us with access to the channels their business depends on, and with unpublished strategy and raw material. Here is how that access and data are handled.

Account access

• We use the platform's official delegation mechanism wherever one exists (for example, page or company-page roles) instead of shared passwords.
• Where credentials must be shared, they are stored only in an encrypted password manager — never in documents, chats or spreadsheets — and are accessible only to the people working on your account.
• Two-factor authentication on your accounts stays on. We will never ask you to weaken your account security to work with us.
• Access is revocable by you at any time, and we confirm removal of all access at the end of an engagement.

Client data

• Strategy documents, playbooks, weekly-call material and reports are confidential and are never shared outside the engagement or used for another client.
• Nothing is published without your approval — every post, comment and reply ships through the approval flow agreed in the playbook.
• On request after an engagement ends, we delete the raw material and working documents we hold for you.
