Tools / Network
RouterGrowth gives an agent Google Maps through one MCP server: the businesses for a category and a place with name, address, phone, website, rating and review count, then the recent reviews for any of them, from Google Maps or Yelp. It is how local lead lists get built, and each call is paid on its own.
Ask your agent
List 150 dental clinics in Austin with their website, phone and rating, and flag the ones under 4 stars.
Connect RouterGrowth once, then ask in plain words. New workspaces start with $1 of credit. Get a key or read the setup guide.
Google Maps tools
Each row is one tool your agent can call. The price is the lowest a successful call costs at list price; where a tool serves several networks it can differ by network, and the tool's own page lists each one. The exact figure is quoted before every run.
| Tool | What it returns | Providers | From |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Maps placeslocal.places | Businesses on Google Maps for a query and location: name, category, address, phone, website, rating and review count. | DataForSEO Apify |
$0.004per search |
| Business reviewsreviews.search | Recent reviews for a place on Google Maps or Yelp: rating, text, author, date and the owner's reply, plus the place's overall score. | Apify |
$0.004per result |
Every tool has a page with its input schema, its output fields and the price on each provider. Browse the whole catalog or see how plans lower every price.
In practice
You do not call tools by name. You describe the job, and the agent finds the tools, shows the price and runs them.
List 150 dental clinics in Austin with their website, phone and rating, and flag the ones under 4 stars.
Read the last 20 reviews for each of these restaurants and tell me the complaint that repeats.
Build a list of roofers in Phoenix without a website and give me their phone numbers.
Connect
One MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, or the same calls over the CLI and REST. The example runs local.places.
claude mcp add --transport http routergrowth https://api.routergrowth.com/mcp
npm install -g routergrowth && routergrowth setup
routergrowth run -c local.places -i '{"query": "dental clinic", "location": "Austin, Texas", "limit": 20}'curl -X POST https://api.routergrowth.com/v1/run \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $ROUTERGROWTH_API_KEY" \
-d '{"capability": "local.places", "input": {"query": "dental clinic", "location": "Austin, Texas", "limit": 20}}'In claude.ai and ChatGPT, add https://api.routergrowth.com/mcp as a connector and approve the workspace in the browser. Setup for every client.
Worth knowing
A place search returns the listing data. Reviews are a second call per place, priced per review returned, so read them only for the places you keep.
Each review comes with its rating, text, author, date and the owner's reply when there is one, which tells you who is paying attention.
The listing gives the domain. The same key finds the owner and a work email from it.
Workflows
Complete jobs that call these tools, each with the prompt to paste and the cost of a run.
