Terms of Service

Effective August 30, 2026 · RouterGrowth is operated by Guillaume Rufenacht ("RouterGrowth", "we").

The service

RouterGrowth provides productized growth services on Reddit, X and LinkedIn — strategy, ghostwriting, engagement and reporting — with the deliverables, price and KPIs for each package described on its service page and fixed in a written playbook you approve before work starts.

Billing and cancellation

  • Services are billed monthly in advance at the price agreed when you start; early clients keep their rate.
  • You can cancel any month; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.
  • If we fail to deliver the playbook's deliverables in a month, tell us; we make it right or refund that month.

Your side

  • You give timely approvals and the weekly raw-material call the playbook depends on, and truthful information about your product.
  • You must have the right to give us access to the accounts we work on.

Content and ownership

Playbooks, audits and content we create for you are yours once the period they were delivered in is paid. We may state that you are or were a client; anything beyond that (logos, case studies, numbers) is published only with your written consent.

Honest limits

We commit to deliverables and transparent reporting — not to specific outcomes. Rankings, followers, citations and pipeline depend on platforms and markets we don't control, and anyone guaranteeing them is lying to you. We work strictly within platform rules (see acceptable use); if a platform suspends or restricts an account despite that, we help you remediate but are not liable for the platform's decision.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for an engagement is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of establishment, and disputes belong to the courts of that place, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
