Competitor Switch Signals

Find the people leaving your competitor.

Type a competitor's name. We search Google for the alternative and switching threads that rank, and X for posts that name the competitor next to a switching word. Every row links to the source.

Free, no sign-up. Real data from the RouterGrowth API, with a daily allowance per network.

How it works

2 steps, one API.

The tool is the RouterGrowth API with a form on top. Your agent makes the same calls with one key, at any volume, at the price shown here.

01

Search Google

Three searches: the alternative, the switch, the price complaint. Only discussion threads that name the competitor are kept.

02

Search X

Two searches, then only posts that say the name and a switching word (alternative, cancel, replace, too expensive).

FAQ

About this tool

What counts as a switch signal?

A public post or thread that names the competitor next to a switching word: alternative, switching, leaving, cancel, replace, migrate, too expensive. Threads have to rank on Google for those searches, so a buyer shopping for an alternative reads them. Some posts on X are vendors pitching their own alternative: read before you reply.

Why Google for Reddit and not Reddit's own search?

Reddit's search matches words loosely: "switching from Apollo" returns threads about the old Reddit app called Apollo, not the sales tool. Google ranks the threads buyers actually read, and those are the ones worth a reply.

Is it really free?

Yes, with a daily allowance per network so the tool stays open for everybody. No sign-up, no email. The same input inside 7 days is answered from the stored result. Past the allowance, the same calls run from your own agent with a key, priced per call.

How do I get the people's emails?

Not here. The prompt under the result runs the wider search from your agent, then social.profile, contact.find and contact.verify for the authors you approve, priced per call.
