Tools / Network
RouterGrowth gives an agent X (Twitter) as data through one MCP server: keyword search across public posts, a handle's recent posts, the replies under a post and the profile behind it, with the website and links from the bio. No X developer account, and each call is paid on its own.
Ask your agent
Find posts from the last week where founders ask for a CRM recommendation, and tell me who each author is and where they work.
Connect RouterGrowth once, then ask in plain words. New workspaces start with $1 of credit. Get a key or read the setup guide.
X (Twitter) tools
Each row is one tool your agent can call. The price is the lowest a successful call costs at list price; where a tool serves several networks it can differ by network, and the tool's own page lists each one. The exact figure is quoted before every run.

In practice
You do not call tools by name. You describe the job, and the agent finds the tools, shows the price and runs them.
Find posts from the last week where founders ask for a CRM recommendation, and tell me who each author is and where they work.
Read the replies under this competitor's launch post and list the objections people raise.
Give me the last 30 posts from these five handles and what each one is pushing this month.
Connect
One MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, or the same calls over the CLI and REST. The example runs social.search.
claude mcp add --transport http routergrowth https://api.routergrowth.com/mcp
npm install -g routergrowth && routergrowth setup
routergrowth run -c social.search -i '{"platform": "x", "query": "looking for a CRM", "limit": 50}'curl -X POST https://api.routergrowth.com/v1/run \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $ROUTERGROWTH_API_KEY" \
-d '{"capability": "social.search", "input": {"platform": "x", "query": "looking for a CRM", "limit": 50}}'In claude.ai and ChatGPT, add https://api.routergrowth.com/mcp as a connector and approve the workspace in the browser. Setup for every client.
Worth knowing
The catalog reads X: search, posts, replies, profiles. It does not post or send direct messages. When a workflow needs to reach the author, the agent finds a work email and writes there.
A profile returns the bio link, every listed link and the person's own domain, which is what the next step (company lookup, email finder) needs.
A search that returns fewer posts costs less, and an empty one costs nothing.

FAQ
Yes. RouterGrowth is an MCP server that returns public X data through its providers, so your agent searches and reads X without an X developer account or API tier.
Yes. social.search returns public posts for a keyword or phrase. Run it on a schedule and keep the new posts: the guide on brand monitoring shows the whole loop.
No. Posting and direct messages are not in the catalog. The agent reads X, then reaches people by email or LinkedIn with the same key.
For each post: the text, the author and handle, the time, the URL and the engagement counts (likes, replies, reposts, views).
